2004

Formation of SGS Industrial Services GmbH by means of a merger between IC Industrieservice GmbH and the Installation Department of Scheuch GmbH.

2005

The first foreign subsidiaries opened in the Czech Republic and the United Arab Emirates. The company employs some 240 personnel in total.

2006

The company opens a further subsidiary in the UK; the number of employees rises to 400; turnover increases to € 40 million.

2007

Establishment of the branches in Hungary, Russia and Germany. With its 650 employees, the turnover of SGS exceeds € 60 million.

2008

DIM Industrieservice Süd GmbH & Co KG is acquired by SGS Industrial Services GmbH in Germany. SGS takes on the 220 employees of the new partner. With its total of nearly 900 employees, SGS achieves a consolidated turnover of more than € 90 million. The extension to the new administration centre in Dorf an der Pram is officially opened and employees move into the new offices in Leoben, Wels and Linz.

2009

Qualification for welding in the form of DIN 18800-7 in category E | 900 employees

2010

SGS Personal Services GmbH has been renamed to "Squadra Personal Services GmbH" - SGS etablished an additional human resources recruitment office in Linz.
