Installation of REMA 1 and 3 TGW technical conveying system for the Swiss Post in Zurich-Schlieren, Switzerland.
A milestone was achieved in the realization of the REMA 1 and 3 projects together with TGW. The project consisted of the mechanical installation of a belt and roller handling system integrated with the received goods, commissioning, dispersing and outgoing goods departments. On the 11 kilometer long REMA 1 transport system and the 6 kilometer long REMA 3 transport system, postal shipments are commissioned and distributed. Siemens Dematic AG
Installation of a baggage handling system, complete lighting and electrical outlet system in the BHS area at the airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
SGS was contracted by Siemens Dematic for this large project in regards to the complete installation of all lighting and electrical outlets in the BHS area in terminal 3 as well as the installation of portions of a 30 km long baggage handling system.
