Record order book at SGS – Green Deal of particular significance
A series of major contracts in Europe has resulted in a record order book for SGS, despite the generally difficult economic situation in the sector. Another project is being carried out for a long-standing client in South Africa, alongside two major airport projects in Texas, USA. The company attaches particular importance to the implementation of climate-friendly projects: Several Green Deal construction projects are currently underway, aimed at decarbonising industry and enabling the production of climate-neutral products. In 2023, SGS will achieve a total turnover of 135 million euros; the company already employs a total of 800 staff. There are 120 employees working at the company’s headquarters in Dorf an der Pram.

The office building, representing an investment of 3.5 million euros, has now been completed and offers optimal working conditions.
