Our scope of services
As part of the project, SGS is installing many complex system components, including several kilometers of conveyor technology – on schedule, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Around 35 SGS employees will work on installing these systems over a period of approximately one year.
Challenges & special features
SGS is assembling on several levels while the steel platforms are being erected parallel with the conveyor technology. This requires precise coordination with other trades to ensure the smooth assembly of the conveyor technology on each level.
In addition, the hall is cramped, and numerous teams are working in a confined space simultaneously. Therefore, precise coordination of personnel, material flow and assembly processes is therefore crucial to ensure the highest levels of safety, efficiency and quality.
