An overview of the construction areas
The project focuses on the mechanical installation of the MDF line — from the forming station to the packaging area. The assembly includes:
- Forming line, pressing unit, cooling section
- Panel storage, sanding line, edge processing (KT system)
- Packaging line and suction systems
A total of 432 tons of steel construction and around 1,000 tons of piping will be installed - precisely and efficiently. On the job: 70 SGS employees - supplemented by a team of local specialists. The planned installation period is nine to eleven months, which is impressive for a project of this size.
SGS: A strong partner for demanding assembly projects
This project places high demands - particularly in the areas of safety and team coordination:
- Safety standards: As with every project, occupational safety is the top priority. All assembly steps are planned and carried out in accordance with strict safety regulations.
- 50% local personnel: The induction and integration of local fitters requires clear communication and intensive training.
- Local conditions: Climate, logistics, infrastructure and on-site processes require flexibility in implementation.
