For the first time, SGS Industrial Services was commissioned by the Aurauco Group for the assembly of one of the largest particleboard plants in North America. The company, with headquarters in Chile, put its trust in our extensive know-how, so our SGS team proceeded to undertake the mechanical assembly of the energy and drying plant, particle processing as well as the gluing, forming and press line through to the raw board storage. At peak times, up to 200 employees were on the job for around eight months. They completed the new plant, professionally and on schedule, according to the highest international assembly standards.
